ROMERO POLO COLLABORATES WITH SWAB BARCELONA IN ITS 17TH EDITION

Romero Polo joins Swab Barcelona for the 17th edition of the art fair, which will take place from October 3 to 6 at the Pabellón Textil of Fira Barcelona, featuring the participation of 70 international galleries. This year, the fair places particular emphasis on emerging spaces from East Asia, highlighting the artistic scenes of cities such as Seoul, Tokyo, and Taipei.

In this context, Romero Polo, along with Piramidón, supports the Perhutana project developed by the Indonesian collective Jatiwangi Art Factory. Inspired by the previous Documenta 15 edition, this project proposes the creation of a collectively owned forest, integrating art with environmental sustainability.

The collaboration with Swab Barcelona not only reinforces the shared values with Romero Polo but also consolidates Barcelona as a prominent artistic hub, aligned with key emerging trends on an international level.
