ROMERO POLO BEGINS THE CONSTRUCTION OF 40 HOMES PROMOTED BY INCASÒL IN BADALONA

Romero Polo has begun construction works on 40 homes in the Sant Roc district of Badalona, an action promoted by Institut Català del Sòl (Incasòl).

The new development, named Block T, consists of 4,358 square meters building distributed in three parts: a basement for parking spaces, the ground floor where commercial premises will be located, and 10 floors covering a total of 40 homes.

The projected homes, with a floor area of 64 to 74 square metres, will enable the relocation of the families in Avinguda Marquès de Montroig affected by the neighbourhood’s remodelling process. Based on a project by Alonso Balaguer y Asociados architecture studio, and the architect Javier Aldámiz-Echevarria Martin-Muñío, the construction has been awarded to Romero Polo with a budget of 4.5 million euros and is scheduled for completion in spring of 2022.
