PATRICIA ROMERO, FIRST VICE-PRESIDENT WOMAN OF THE BUILDING CONTRACTORS CHAMBER OF CATALONIA

Patricia Romero, Chief Executive Officer of Romero Polo, has been appointed vice-president of the Chamber of Building Contractors of Catalonia (CCOC), thus becoming the first woman to hold this position. For his part, engineer Luís Moreno has taken over from Joaquím Llansó as president of the Catalan business association that represents the 84-member construction companies. Josep Maria Castro (Obrascón Huarte Lain), Jordi Puigferrat (Copcisa), Joaquín García (Ferrovial) and Orlando de Porrata-Doria Botey (Copisa Constructora Pirenaica) will also form part of the board as vice presidents.
