MAINTENANCE TASKS IN LA MODELO

Romero Polo, in a joint venture with Clanser, SA, carries out the maintenance of the La Modelo penitentiary in Barcelona, ​​which has recently closed its doors.

Romero Polo has been the company responsible for the conservation of these facilities since the end of 2015, when it was awarded a contract for the integral maintenance of the facilities of different prisons in Barcelona, ​​including the historic prison in a joint venture with Clanser.

The contract included the conductive, preventive and regulatory maintenance of various facilities such as sanitation, sewage and drainage; air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems; the civil work and urbanisation or the elements of transport, among other responsibilities.

The last thing the company carried out was equipment dismantling and its subsequent transfer to other dependencies of the Department of Justice of the Generalitat.
