ILNET RECEIVES THE ‘EMPRESA SOLIDARIA 2017’ AWARD

Ilnet has been recognised by the City of Lleida as Empresa Solidaria 2017 (Caring Company), for its involvement in social action projects in the city. On the occasion of the celebration of World Social Justice Day, the City of Lleida wanted to give visibility to the business sector’s contribution for a better society. / The awards ceremony was held on February 20th in the Assembly Hall of the Paeria.

Patricia Romero, CEO of the Romero Polo Group, was in charge of receiving the award from the mayor of Lleida, Àngel Ros. It was awarded to Ilnet for, among other actions, its donations to the Foundation of Resources, dedicated to the collection of surplus materials, such as computer equipment and office goods, for both companies and individuals, and sending them to countries and groups in need (third and fourth world).
